Room designed to take a variety of trolleys with GN1/1, GN2/1, 600 x 400 (mm) and 600 x 800 (mm) trays/pans/shelves.Choice of SOFT and HARD chill and freezing cycles by core probe or time, with end cycle refrigerated or frozen storage.
