Complete powder packing system for manufacturing and filling bags up to 25kg. The plant was purchased in 2017/2018 and has never been installed. The system comprises of the following equipment:
 
1 x Entecon 1000L stainless-steel powder storage tank.
1 x Entecon screw conveyor/auger.
1 x All-Fill S10 powder filler with agitator (2017).
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. GV5 vertical form, fill and seal bagging machine (2018) fitted with Markem Imaje Smart-Date X60 thermal printer.
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. outfeed conveyor.
1 x OCS Checkweighers GmbH HC check weigher (2017) to weigh up to 60kg.

Minimum pack size - 250mm wide x 200mm long.
Maximum pack size - 600mm wide x 800mm long.
Increased pack length - A double pull for the pack length is available, but is subject to suitable discharge arrangements.
Forming tube - 300mm diameter.
Air supply pressure - 80PSI / 5 bar.
Air consumption - 20 – 40 cubic feet per minute.
Machine dimensions: 1650mm wide x 2620mm deep/long x 2800mm high.
